It's unsettling to think that over ten years ago I was in a pseudo experimental art rock band, with self made instruments and improvised social commentary, just to annoy a neighbour who kept loudly playing the smith on repeat. In a moment of nostalgia, I put our lyrics into an AI platform and asked it to generate an album cover and promotional hook. It came up with: "BeeBeeKayPee is a messy collection of voices, objects, and systems pushed until they stop working. From workshop floors to inbox threads, each track slips between instruction, argument, and absurdity. Tools become symbols, language breaks down, and meaning gets lost somewhere between making and explaining. It’s part rant, part joke, part observation—held together just enough to function. Until it doesn’t." I don't have time to do anything anymore and I guess it's not cheating to use art you were involved in making, to inform an artificial intelligence response? He needs one so he can learn how boring a desk job is. These are the adjustable legs which can add an additional 75mm to the height. The yellow bit is a 3D printed cover to hide the opening for the zebedee nut. The hole for the adjustable feet is drilled out with a @axminstertools drill guide and centering jig, while the zebedee opening is bored out with a @festool XL domino machine held in a jig I made.
