Digital files and plans needed to build the Moot_One Desktop CNC Machine, with the option of a printed version of the manual when in stock.
This bundle includes a PDF manual with over 100 pages of detailed instruction and illustrated diagrams. The plate designs come as DXF vector illustrations. There are also some STL parts which can be 3D printed. You will also receive two spreadsheets which can be used to tally the cost of parts and tools needed to complete the projects.
This design is for a desktop CNC machine, with a waste-board size of 450 along the X axis, and 350mm along the Y axis – not including an additional 80mm overhang towards the front of the machine. The Z axis height is up to 90mm not including the sacrificial waste-board which reduces that by 18mm.
There is some advice on electrical controllers, but the manual does not go into detail. Instead the focus is on the mechanical assembly and steps to ensure accuracy when building.
The printed versions will be limited edition, and have the front page drawn using a Moot_One CNC machine.
