3D Printed CNC Machine – STL/DXF Files Only

This listing is for the STL plate files, DXF files and basic diagrams only, for the 3D Printed CNC Machine I designed in 2018. It was built around the affordable v-wheel and acme thread drive system, and for use with the small Makita trim router. This is an experimental CNC build which is provided without a BOM. Refer to videos #26, #27 & #28 on my YouTube Channel for guidance including fixings.  This CNC machine is for light hobbyist engraving and machining tasks, and learning about building CNC machines.  The STL parts are recommended to be printed using PLA Pro or PETG with a 40% or higher rectilinear infill pattern. The DXF vector files are provided if you have machining capabilities, however should be modified for threaded fixings instead of push-fit hex nuts if making with a different material such as aluminium. The vector files could also be the basis of rebuilding a CNC machine CAD model and developing the design.
