http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hEQOmNb007U I was heading back to the studio when I noticed a pile of wood to the side of a joiners shop.  There’s not many workshops in London, and the trend is for many to close down because of the high running costs and possibility of a quick return on selling their premises.  I thought I would head back and double check it wasn’t all strips of MDF, and I’m glad I did.  There was a good variety of oak, teak, mahogany and pine, under a sign which wrote ‘Free Wood, Please Help Yourself.’  Not sure what I will do with this just yet, but it was a nice find for a Saturday evening.
